Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products securely.

1Eligibility

2Products

Luxe Noir makes western wear, evening wear, occasion wear, corset dresses, and steel-boned corsets, manufactured at our own facility in Gurugram, Haryana.

While we work to display colours and product details accurately, actual colours may vary depending on your monitor or mobile device. Minor variation between on-screen imagery and the delivered garment is normal and is not a defect.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of any product without prior notice.

3Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted only once payment has been successfully processed and you have received an order confirmation from us.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including for:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing errors
• Payment verification issues
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Violation of these Terms

If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

4Pricing & Payments

All prices on this website are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Prices may change without prior notice.

All orders on this website are prepaid. We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, and wallets. Cash on Delivery is not available.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and our authorised payment providers. We never store your complete payment card details.

5Shipping & Delivery

We offer free standard shipping across India on all orders. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and begin once your order has been dispatched.

Delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, strikes, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment has been handed to the courier.

6Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy. In summary:

• 14-day returns from the date of delivery
• 14-day exchanges from the date of delivery
• Refunds for unused items with tags attached and the hygiene seal intact
• Return shipping for exchanges is paid by the customer
• Items marked Final Sale or Clearance are not eligible for return or exchange

Our online store is hosted on Shopify. While Shopify provides the technology that powers this store, all purchases are made directly with Corset Wholesale Limited.

Shopify is not responsible for product quality, fulfilment, returns, or customer service relating to orders placed through Luxe Noir.

16Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we have appointed a Grievance Officer to receive and address customer complaints. Complaints are acknowledged within forty-eight (48) hours and resolved within one (1) month.
